Freefall Alert is active no matter which tab you are on. The "Sleep" tab allows you to dim your screen to conserve battery power. When free fall is detected, a humorous sound effect is played. Depending on how abruptly your device comes to rest, one or two more humorous sounds will be played. |

The "Simulate" tab allows you to sample a few of the dozens of sound effects used to signal falling and your phone coming to rest unharmed. You can experience all the sound effects without dropping your device. You can trigger a freefall sound by lifting and lowering your device in front of you with one smooth, continuous motion. Stopping suddenly on the way down may trigger one or more humorous sounds. |
